1. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once a payment is made towards any Bots In Minds plan, product, or service, it cannot be refunded, regardless of usage or duration.
This includes but is not limited to:
- WhatsApp API messaging plans
- Chatbot setup or integration services
- Automation or bulk messaging plans
- Custom development work
- Monthly or annual subscriptions
2. Cancellation of Services
You can choose to cancel your subscription-based plans at any time.
- For Monthly/Annual Plans: Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not refund the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to your services until the end of your paid period.
- To cancel, please email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
3. Auto-Renewals
All our recurring plans are auto-renewed by default to ensure uninterrupted service.
- If you wish to disable auto-renewal, you must contact us at [email protected] or turn off renewal via your billing account before your next billing cycle starts.
- Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic charges, which will not be refunded.
4. Change of Plan
- You may upgrade your plan at any time.
- Downgrading a plan or switching to a lower plan will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
- The difference in cost will not be refunded if you downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review your case and respond accordingly. However, please note that this does not guarantee a refund.
6. Termination by Bots In Minds
Bots In Minds reserves the right to terminate or suspend services due to:
- Breach of terms or abuse of platform
- Fraudulent use or misuse of services
- Non-payment or chargebacks
No refunds will be applicable in such cases.
